- HARRY H. FRAMPTON III, Chief Executive Officer
- Harry Frampton is the president of East West Resorts, entrusting the day-to-day operations of the company to an accomplished management team. Harry’s main contribution is the constant reminder that true quality is never forgotten, and that genuine commitment to the community and the natural environment are mission critical.
Harry began his real estate career back in the early 1970s in Hilton Head, South Carolina. From 1982 to 1986, he was President of Vail Associates, Inc. where he made significant contributions to the development of Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. As the managing partner of East West Partners, and a principal of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Harry has been involved in numerous landmark developments throughout Colorado, Lake Tahoe, California and Deer Valley, Utah. Harry is a trustee and chairman of the Urban Land Institute and a board member of numerous non-profit and charitable organizations.
- ROSS E. BOWKER, President, ChiEf operating officer
As Executive Vice President of East West Resorts, LLC, he oversees 1400 residential units in over 20 condominium associations in Beaver Creek, Colorado, Hilton Head, South Carolina and Charleston's Sea Islands. Ross is also East West Partners' South Carolina partner for hospitality operations and development.
Ross' 30-year hospitality career includes ten years of private club management and timeshare operations in South Carolina, Virginia and Ohio. As vice president of resort operations at Beaver Creek, he created the Beaver Creek Club and Vail Associates Hospitality Corp. Ross' previous development efforts include the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek and the award winning Beaver Creek Village Center.
- JOHN V. EVANS, SENIOR Vice President Business Development
John is responsible for new business development at East West Resorts and is the primary liaison with East West Partners, the Company’s real estate development affiliate. In that capacity, he works with development teams to ensure resort projects meet the needs of various stakeholders, including property owners, staff and guests.
John has over 20 years experience in the hospitality and real estate industries and has been with the company since 1993. John has been involved in the purchases or sales of about twenty-five businesses, and negotiated land sales, real estate purchases and sales, financing and franchise agreements. In addition to his current role, John has served as COO, general manager of the Beaver Creek division, and as chief financial officer.
- PETER DANN, Executive Vice President, Director of Operations
Peter oversees all East West Resorts hospitality operations within Eagle County, inclusive of property, association, rental, and interval management for projects in Vail, Beaver Creek, Avon, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead and Eagle.
Peter joined East West Resorts in 1992 as Operations Manager, when Beaver Creek was the sole East West Resorts hospitality division. After moving to Vail in his mid-twenties, Peter supervised the construction of many local and Beaver Creek developments including the Chateau, Saddle Ridge, Greystone, and many other East West projects. His construction experience has been an invaluable asset to homeowners and developers.

- COLLEEN M. WEISS-HANEN, Chief Financial Officer
Colleen Weiss-Hanen is primarily responsible for the oversight of Finance, Human Resources and Technology at East West Resorts. Colleen upholds the company’s conservative fiscal policy, as well as overseeing the financial agreements with our more complex projects, including hotel-to-condo conversions and mixed-ownership resort properties.
Colleen's 20-year hospitality/accounting career includes seven years as Controller of a Property Management company located in Vail and thirteen years with East West Resorts fulfilling various accounting positions up to her current. Among other professional affiliations, Colleen has been active in the local chapter of HFTP (Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals) since its inception.
- KEVIN GRAHAM, Vice President, Director of Hospitality
Kevin is responsible for overseeing the East West Resorts’ hospitality division which operates as Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging and includes the Village at Northstar, Highlands at Northstar, Old Greenwood and Gray’s Crossing. He also oversees East West Resorts' hospitality division at Big Sky/Moonlight Basin, Montana.
Kevin has 20 plus years of experience in the hospitality business. Before relocating to North Lake Tahoe, Kevin directed East West Resorts’ acquisition activities and overseeing the lodging divisions in Big Sky, Montana, Breckenridge, Colorado and Park City/Deer Valley, UT. He has held general manager and controller positions in Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado; Palm Springs, CA and Kauai, HI.
